While we prepared for potential disruptions, we understand that this complex transition caused a number of issues for many of you. I am aware that some members experienced challenges with account access, transaction history, and other critical services. I want to sincerely apologize for the frustration and inconvenience this caused.

Your patience and understanding throughout this process have been truly remarkable. We have been working around the clock to resolve the challenges and get everything back on track, and your support has made all the difference.

We are committed to making sure your experience with Chessie FCU is seamless and positive.
