Automatic Teller Machines (ATM) are easy to use and will guide you through each transaction with step-by-step instructions. The type of machines you use may vary. However, they all have a similar format. Just be sure to read the instructions on the screens carefully.

 

Each Response card is assigned a Personal Identical Number (PIN) which allows you to gain access to your accounts. This is a secret number for your use only. The only way to activate the ATM is to use your PIN along with your card. It is impossible to gain access to your account without both. It is your responsibility to safeguard your number. Never write your PIN on your Response card, and never carry your card and PIN together.
